• What happens after my gift is sent?
  Your recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the gift and set up their account to access the subscription. No payment details are required from your recipient. If the print magazine and/or a free gift is included with your gift, they can expect those to be mailed 8-10 weeks after redemption.
• Will my gift expire?
  Your recipient has up to one year after receiving the gift notification email to redeem their gift. After that, the gift is no longer valid.
• Can I give myself a gift?
  Gift subscriptions are available to give to a lucky recipient. If you’re interested in becoming a subscriber, please visit our subscription page.
• What happens if my recipient is already a subscriber?
  They can still redeem their gift subscription by calling our Customer Care team, who will add it to their account. This information will be included on the gift notification email they receive.
• When will I be charged for the gift subscription?
  You will be charged on the day you purchase the subscription. You have 14 days after purchase to cancel the subscription if it has not yet been redeemed. After that time, or if the gift is redeemed within 14 days, gift subscriptions are non refundable.
