The moon landing was fake. [Gaten laughs]

[Caleb hums]

I could be convinced.

[Interviewer] Millie, would you like to share one?

No. Oh, they're really

coming for you.

They're like, Is the earth flat,

you idiot? [Gaten laughs and claps]

[mysterious synth music]

[record scratches]

[Interviewer] Rank the five Stranger Things

seasons from favorite to least favorite.

Ooh. [timer ticks]

[electric buzz]

[electric buzz] [electronic chiming]

[Gaten] Uh oh. Okay.

[Gaten] Oh, here we go.

Season One's my favorite.

Okay. Mm.

Then Season Five.

Okay. Then Season Three.

Wow. Then Season Four,

then Season Two.

Wowee zowee.

Season One, nostalgia-wise, for me,

it's my favorite season because, personally,

it was the most exciting time in my life.

But Season Five, the way it looks, the way it feels,

the plot, all of it is my favorite.

Least favorite, Season Two just 'cause I don't

really remember it. Okay, I think Season Two

gets way too much slander. [Gaten laughs]

I just don't really remember it.

It feels like a bit of a blur.

Why does everyone hate so much on Season Two?

Everyone hates Episode Seven.

[Gaten] Underrated season. I don't know why,

I don't know why people hate so much

on Season Two. [Millie laughs]

Could be just from that one, that one episode.

[Gaten and Caleb laugh]

You have not been called on, sir.

So he's a hater.

You just said it out loud.

Yeah, but you don't have to agree.

[Caleb] I don't agree. I think Season Two

is good. I don't agree.

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] Who makes the

best wing person from the cast?

[electric buzz]

[cast oohs] [timer ticks]

[Gaten] [electric buzz] Oh, wow.

[electric buzz] [electronic chiming]

Why is that, why is it me? [Gaten laughs]

Caleb and Gaten, I feel like are solid

Oh, thanks. wing people.

You need two wings, don't you?

I need two wings. You need two wings to fly.

I do think you haven't given me a chance.

I haven't given you a chance.

I haven't,

I actually haven't. I would

But I also, you know, love

I haven't, you know, it's not like I've given these guys

much of a chance either. No.

We haven't been in situations to be a wing...

I think we test it this evening. [laughs]

[Gaten laughs]

I think we go out first. [laughs]

We go out

on Hollywood Boulevard [Millie laughs]

and see who we can find.

That's crazy. [cast laughs]

[Interviewer] Why do you think you said Gaten first?

Uh, 'cause we were roommates.

Gaten and I were roommates and I feel like he's also

just like a naturally confident person

that I think injects confidence into other people.

That's nice of you to say.

[Millie] Thank you, sir. That was lovely.

I appreciate that very much.

[Interviewer] Who would live most comfortably

in the upside down? [futuristic music]

Comfortably?

[electric buzz] [timer ticks]

[electric buzz]

[electric buzz] [electronic chiming]

[Gaten] Clean his apartment.

Yikes. Ooh.

So, I guess, yeah, the upside down is like,

who's like the messiest, right?

[Gaten laughs] I don't think that's

what they're implying. No, 'cause you do have a

really messy So let's start from cleanest

room and I've been there. to the dirtiest, right?

That's crazy. [Sadie and Gaten laugh]

[Gaten] It's crazy, I'd say I'm

[Gaten] yes, I know. the cleanest.

[Noah] Yes. Yes, I know.

Then it's Millie, then it's, ooh,

If I'm not expecting company, who's it for?

Sadie, then you, Really?

Then Finn, then... Yeah, that's right.

That's right. I think that's totally right.

Yeah.

Oh, they're still going. I do remember [laughs]

They're still going.

Gaten would be comfortable in the upside down.

I remember this one time The upside down

would be uncomfortable with him,

actually. This, I remember

this one time. The upside down, is

upside down in Gaten's room. We were walking to my,

we were walking to me and Finn's place

and it was just me, Finn, and Sadie

and I ran down the block so I can make sure

that the door to my room [Noah laughs]

was closed so that nobody looked inside. [laughs]

Something that Gaten does that I think is funny

is that I've been into his room multiple times

and I will always find

plates in his bed. [Gaten laughs]

Plates?

Little late night snack. In the bed?

A little late night snack. Yeah, like you got a

little snack. If I gotta watch,

I watch a little YouTube.

I have a little late night snacky wacky

and then if I finish the food and I fall asleep sometimes

with the lights on. But if someone, if, yes.

[Sadie laughs] No, wait, no,

that was it also. I think that was the story,

you were... One time he walked in,

he walked in, like, in the morning,

'cause I think I overslept or something

and he's like, Hey, Gaten. And I was shoes on, jeans,

[Finn] jacket from the night before. Oh yeah.

Lights on in my room and I just did,

forgot to, like, have my routine

for the night. I saw Gaten once,

like I slept over at Gaten and Finn's house one time.

I went into Gaten's room.

It's just boots on, full clothes under the covers.

[Gaten laughs and claps]

Under the freaking covers. I love this story.

Yeah, me too. What the frick?

[Interviewer] So Caleb, you think you're the cleanest?

Okay. I actually kind of, I feel like I am the cleanest,

but I feel like, 'cause I've been to Millie's house,

I feel like she'll probably get her house

cleaner faster than I would 'cause, I mean,

can I say?

Yeah, sure. She has, like,

people that clean her house like every morning.

[Millie and Gaten laugh] So I don't have that.

I do it like

once a week type of thing. Oh. Can I say?

I just wanted to, because you just never know.

Can I say that? Can I say that?

I mean, I have 10 dogs. Like your party,

like, mess at night and then in the morning,

it was spotless. I'm like, Can't do that.

Can't beat that. Can't

beat that. [Millie laughs]

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] Who is your

favorite cast member to impersonate?

[electric buzz]

[Sadie] Here in this group? [timer ticks]

[electric buzz]

[electric buzz] [electronic chiming]

[Sadie] Uh-oh. Gaten.

[Caleb] Ooh.

Caleb. [Caleb laughs and claps]

Hands down. What, what?

Just Caleb, the little Caleb-isms you have,

just little things that you do and say, that just baffle me

and it fills me with delight and glee and joy.

Caleb-ism is sometimes if he finds something really funny

but doesn't quite have, like, it in him in that moment

to really laugh, he'll just go, A-ha-ha.

He does do that. Or...

So good. Season One and Two.

So good.

Before, before Caleb even,

'cause now you've gotten him to laugh and then...

Oh, very good is sometimes he won't even laugh,

he'll just go, Hmm, hilarious.

[cast laugh]

That's great. It's so delightful.

[Finn] It's so great. It's so good.

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] What was

something you improvised that made it to the final cut?

[electric buzz] [timer ticks]

[electric buzz]

[electric buzz]

[Gaten] [electronic chiming] Uh-oh.

It's me?

[Interviewer] Yeah, it's you.

Okay. I've never improv-ed dialogue because

she doesn't ever speak. Right.

But, maybe, like,

when I did my powers for the first time,

that was improvised,

like, I kind of, they were just like,

Try to make something move and I just kind of, I did that.

I didn't improvise it on screen.

I improvised it like in the makeup and hair trailer.

But other than that,

I mean, maybe It's iconic.

just like,

I feel like,

In our scenes... Maybe our stuff,

like I've kind of tried new things

but usually Eleven has like a goal, you know,

at the end of any scene, she has to like kill something

or move something or play the victim.

I'm the monster. [Noah laughs]

But I actually think that I've been there

for going, No, no, papa, no. You're not the monster.

[Millie laughs]

She's a little pick me, but [Noah laughs]

I will say I've been there

for really funny improvised moments with the boys

and I've really enjoyed seeing,

'cause I can tell when they're improvising

because, you know, you read your sides

and you're like, Okay, and then Caleb comes out

with something you're like, That was

entirely improvised. [Gaten laughs]

Or just like a, or a moment or a look and you're like that,

and then it makes the cut and you're like,

that's what makes the scene so nuanced and special

so sometimes it's just a look between us

and I think that those are the moments

that make it really interesting and fun.

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] Who has the

most embarrassing cast-given nickname?

[electric buzz] [timer ticks]

[electric buzz]

[electronic chiming] Ugh,

I don't know, [Gaten laughs]

like Sue D? [Caleb laughs]

Probably. Yeah.

No one has a stupid name, Finnler?

Finnler is a classic.

Finnler Magoo. These aren't embarrassing.

Okay. I feel like mine might be.

[Finn] Kah-lube?

[Noah] Yeah, Kah-lube. That's embarrassing.

That one really stuck. That sucks.

[Gaten] It stuck. But like, It's also...

I don't think that

we ever considered that No, it sucks,

the word lube is in it. but I love it 'cause it's...

I thought you But it's supposed

gave it to yourself. to be Kay-lube.

No, I didn't,

it was Noah. Then why did you give

[Caleb] me Sue D? 'Cause Noah said it.

[Gaten] What? No,

[Sadie] no. Oh, you did?

Who exactly started it? You definitely started it.

Whoa.

I definitely did not

start Sue D. Whoa.

It's 'cause we used to do... Sorry.

Sorry. No you did, you did.

And then you, right? Alright. Cool. Awesome.

'Cause in Season One, we used to make, like,

those songs and we'd be like, Kay-lube

Yeah. And then,

Yeah, but what was it in Season One?

It was like...

It was, Noah and I had a thing, like, we just always,

like, Kaylube. Yeah, that was it.

Noah Schnappa-looney. Yeah, but then the Duffers

tried to do it and they were like Kaloob.

Hey, this is the Duffers directing.

Hey, 'Kaloob'? [cast laughs]

Love you guys.

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] Who do you

think knows the least about the Stranger Things universe?

[electric buzz] [timer ticks]

[electric buzz]

[Gaten] Yeah. [electronic chiming]

Hmm.

Here?

It might be me.

[cast laughs]

It might be.

I think, It's like

you were terrified.

I think it's me.

I really, Yeah, man.

Yeah. I think it's me.

Not that I don't know, but I just know the least, probably

or I get the most confused.

That's not something you can prove unless asked upon,

like if the room was asked

about lore questions, we wouldn't really be able to prove...

I'm just gonna pin it down to, I wasn't in Season One

so I've had less time in this universe.

I can always recall, but I feel like

my memory's often jogged,

like I completely forgot about Russia.

That's a big part. As a country?

Within the plot.

I was like, Russia. Oh yeah.

No, yeah, I forgot about that plot line.

[Noah] [Gaten laughs] That's so mean.

I just thought that was funny.

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] If you all

were on a road trip, who would you never trust with the AUX?

[electric buzz] AUX cord.

[timer ticks] [electric buzz]

[electric buzz]

[electronic chiming] Oh, wow.

I think this is just subjective, right?

Some people have His voice went all

different taste. high-pitched.

Hey, leave me alone.

Oh, who wouldn't I trust with the AUX?

And this doesn't come from, hear me out,

this doesn't come from a place of me necessarily

[Finn] not liking your music taste. No eye contact.

I think it comes from a place of me

just not knowing your music taste

and I think it's gotta be Noah for me.

Oh, [Millie laughs]

I just don't know your

taste. What?

[Finn] [cast laughs and claps] Oh. Oh.

[Noah] What do you mean? I just know that

there's a world of bops that I could find with everybody

and I don't know that if our tastes really mesh.

There are worlds of music, like I think Sadie and I

would listen to show tunes all day,

I just don't, for sure, I think.

I don't, I've never been in this situation

where Noah's the pilot of the AUX.

Of the AUX. I just haven't seen it.

No, no, I just haven't... You have beautiful taste

and actually it's very similar

[Gaten] Yeah, okay. to mine.

And so it would be the both of us,

and I agree, our taste sucks.

[Gaten laughs] Oh.

We just, yeah,

Taylor and Sabrina It's just basic,

like it's okay to be basic. and Charlie.

That's fun for road trips.

He didn't say it was bad. He just said it wouldn't, like,

align. Mesh.

Yeah. I just don't know if

our tastes have a lot of intersect.

[Noah] But I like Broadway music,

[Gaten] Yeah. Great!

[Gaten] like I could, Yeah, we'll play

some show tunes. some 'Defying Gravity'.

Yeah, we'll play some 'Defying Gravity'. Absolutely.

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] Are you tired

of playing a teenager?

[electric buzz] [timer ticks]

[electric buzz]

[electric buzz]

[electronic chiming] Me?

[Finn] Is it my turn?

Am I tired of playing a teenager?

No, I don't think so.

I mean, I think that when I'm like 50,

I'm gonna want to play a teenager

so I'm gonna just live in the moment now

and while I can seize it, my skin is skinning.

I also just think whatever I say

is gonna be a meme or something.

Oh, right. [laughs] So just slide on away.

But I did find out though recently

that I'm playing a lot younger than I thought I was.

Like I couldn't believe that

Eleven is so much younger than I thought she was. Like I

thought that she was my age,

but she's like,

[Finn] She's a few 15,

[Finn] 16. years younger.

[Millie] In Season Five? Like in this

season, she must be 15, 16.

I thought it was, I thought it was,

She's our age. I was like 17.

No. No?

I thought we were like 17. No, no, no.

Okay, on season Four, she was 14.

What? Yeah.

Wow. Wait, we're all the

same age now.

And we're all playing the same age, yeah?

Yeah. And also like, we're just like,

making out like that. [Gaten laughs]

I don't know. It just feels very crazy.

Like, so if she was 14 in Season Four,

then in Season Three, she must have been, what,

13. 12

or 13? No, she must have been,

like, 15. Were you guys freshman in high school

in Season Four? Yeah.

I didn't go

to school, Gaten. Freshman in high school

is at least 15. Was it Season Three?

Just the summer before

High school. high school.

Freshman in high school

[indistinct] is minimum 15. ageism.

Hey guys, how many actresses does it take

to do just anything? [Gaten laughs]

Fucking literally anything.

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] What's an item

someone's borrowed from you that you still want back?

Ooh.

[electric buzz]

Oh, I've got one. [timer ticks]

And I hope it lands on me.

I don't think it will 'cause I already went.

[electronic chiming]

Ooh, I don't think anyone has actually

taken anything from me that I want back. Gaten has one.

This is reverse.

I keep trying to give Finn a T-shirt back

and he keeps giving it back to me because

he doesn't have anywhere to put it

so it's just been in my backpack for seven months.

I have it now. Yeah. Finally.

It took so long, like,

so he came to visit me in New Jersey,

left a T-shirt there when he packed.

I brought it back and he was like,

I don't have anywhere. Put it back in your bag.

I give it back to I don't have anywhere

him later in the day. to put a T-shirt?

I don't have anywhere,

put it back. That's the craziest thing

I've ever heard. And for some reason,

I'm carrying around this T-shirt of his

for months. You don't have a

chest of drawers? Yeah,

I don't track. And finally, he has it back.

So I just, you wouldn't, he doesn't

want it back. I'm sorry.

Do I travel with a chest of drawers?

[Gaten laughs] Like what Millie said?

Just carry like a bag or like a backpack

or a tote or something. I have shit in there.

[Gaten and Millie laugh]

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] When is the

last time you cried?

[electric buzz] This is insane.

[timer ticks] I could go on for hours.

[electric buzz]

[Millie] Caleb? [electronic chiming]

No, Noah.

[Millie] Noah? No. Like yesterday.

But, but cried tears of joy because

I was laughing so hard in our interview

because we recreated like some meme

and I, yeah. Of 'Ratatouille'. Yes.

Which one?

Well it was a Noah meme. There's like

some meme online of, like,

I just bought 'Ratatouille'

for nothing or something [Sadie laughs]

and then we were just,

we were I know what you were doing,

doing the meme. Well, it was because

we were doing a really

serious interview. But it was for a

serious, like,

'Letterboxd' talk. It was 'Letterboxd'

and it was like, Pick your top four

and he was like, Well, 'Ratatouille'.

And then I was like, Wait, isn't there a meme?

And then he started doing it.

The woman was so kind of confused

at both of us, She wanted to

get out of there. And then we just,

we broke and there was no coming back

and we were both crying.

I had a Pixar in my list too.

I had 'Finding Nemo'. I had 'Up'.

Yeah, yeah. Oh, very good.

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] Do you wish

you could do more of your own stunts?

[electric buzz] [timer ticks]

[electric buzz]

[electric buzz] Yeah, I do my own stunts on,

[Gaten] Called it.

[electronic chiming] What? This is crazy.

I do my own stunts, thank you very much.

I had the most stunts this season, I feel, I've ever had.

There's only been one time I couldn't do it,

but that was because I was ill,

but yeah, I love to jump.

I've been jumping in the air all season

and I've never felt more like Elphaba than ever before

so I've been having a very good time.

Cece, my stunt double, is amazing and she does the stuff

that Netflix just won't

let me do, which is mostly [Gaten laughs]

just like, you know, hitting yourself really hard

with a wall On a wall or

something, yeah, classics. or something like that.

But all the jumping and all the training sequences

I've done myself,

Nice. which was exciting.

I felt very much

[Gaten] like Tom Cruise. Yeah.

[Interviewer] [futuristic music] What's a

conspiracy theory you could be convinced is real?

Oh. [electric buzz]

[timer ticks]

[Millie] If anything... [electric buzz]

[electric buzz] [electronic chiming]

Oh.

I don't think she knows any of

the show's, though. Yeah, she wasn't there.

No, it's not No, it's not.

about the show, right? It's just in general.

No, no, I was making...

[Gaten] That was a callback. I'm sorry.

[Gaten] That was a good callback.

It was, it was, I was just, yeah, it was a callback.

I know. The moon landing

was fake. [Gaten laughs]

Ooh.

I could be convinced.

[Interviewer] You could be convinced.

Why? Do you actively

believe that now? I don't actively subscribe

to that conspiracy theory,

but, like, I could be convinced.

[Gaten] To see a world? I could see a world.

[Interviewer] Millie, would you like to share one?

They're really coming for you.

They're like, Is the Earth flat,

you idiot? [cast laugh and clap]

No, I can, again, I just need to shut up.

They pointed the camera. Yeah.

They're like, Millie, anything else?

Sing 'Imagine'.
